International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Vesper 247 is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Once you have placed an order you will receive an email informing you of your purchase, as soon as your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a final email letting you know that your goods are on its way.
If you are not satisfied with your item, please fill out the returns form and send it back to us. We must receive the item within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition along with the receipt and tags in place. If you have lost your returns form please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, all items returned must be logged on our return portal to receive a refund. Please ensure you include all items you wish to return in the same parcel.
