UK DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS ++

• Standard UK Delivery £3 *. Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days for all UK mainland postcodes. 
• Express UK Delivery £6 - 1-2 Days delivery if ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri. All orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on Monday excluding bank holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ++

Due to logistic backlogs we will only be shipping to a select few destinations for a limited period.

 Please select shopping from your desired country of delivery at the top of the website for best delivery prices and delivery times at checkout.

At the moment, we are only offering Express shipping for International orders. The cost of this will be advised at checkout. Delivery will be within 1-3 days from despatch. 

CUSTOMS CHARGES ++

• International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Vesper 247 is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, as these charges vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise you to contact your local customs office before placing your order for an estimate.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER ++

• Vesper 247 will email you a tracking link to the courier's website once your order has been dispatched.
• Please note that tracking information may take a few hours from when your shipping email is received to show on the couriers system.

REFUSED DELIVERIES ++

• Please do not refuse your delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs.

YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET ++

• If you haven’t received your order within the advised delivery time please contact our customer services team by email: contact@vesper247.com. Please note that any parcels not received must be reported within 10 working days of the order date. Any claims made after this point will not be reimbursed.
